Marinas

This vacation spot is only 5 minutes away by vehicle and no more than ten minutes away by watercraft from Eddy Creek Marina.

The marina has two public launch sites, nautical supply store, etc.

This marina sells gas, based on our experience, at dock for basically the same price as normal gas stations.

Echo Charlies @ the Marina has a fairly full menu and is open generally between Memorial and Labor Days.

The Oasis Southwest Grill is only 8 miles away and features a full menu and bar service.

Patti's Settlement is a place for upscale dining and tourist type shopping.

A local Donut shop Miss Neda's, (270) 388-6133, is fantastic.  You can place orders the night before on their answering machine
for pick up next morning.  We recommend that strategy or go early!

The area at Eddyville has the normal fastfood chain stores, gas stations, dollar stores etc.

Golf

This house sits almost equadistant, ~ 8mile eitherway, between two of Kentucky's State Park Golf Courses: Mineral Mounds and Boots Randolf.

Mineral Mounds is challenging and has gorgeous views of the lake.  Boots Randolf is a carefree course that sets up right in front of you.
